Mazaheri Properties owns and operates retail, office, and medical buildings, plus land held for future development, across Oklahoma City and the surrounding region, with a growing footprint in Dallas-Fort Worth. Our core business spans investment, development, leasing, management, and construction.
We’ve operated as a single principal investor since 1987, and our philosophy hasn’t changed: low leverage, long-term hold, quality locations. We’re always active in acquiring well-located commercial assets, NNN tenants, and build-to-suit projects.
Most of all, we manage every property ourselves. That keeps costs down, delivers excellent locations to our tenants, and earns a name as the kind of landlord people actually want to lease from.
